Welcome to STR Solutions! I agree to the following terms and conditions governing the management of your property by STR Solutions 

1. Agreement Overview

This Terms of Service is a legally binding document entered into as of the effective date. By accepting this agreement, you authorize STR Solutions to market, and oversee traveller arrivals and departures at your property in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Services Provided

Market your property across multiple more major online travel websites as well as direct marketing to our list of previous guests and using Social Media and other internal means of increasing demand and increasing your global exposure. Manage guest communications, bookings, and pricing using daily internal strategy tactics and dynamic algorithms. Property maintenance & cleaning scheduling and preparation for guest stays. Provide monthly performance and revenue reports via the Owner’s Portal.

3. Owner’s Responsibilities

The Property Owner agrees to provide accurate property details and comply with local rental regulations. Maintain adequate property insurance coverage. Notify STR Solutions of personal use dates for the property via the homeowner dashboard by blocking dates. Keep the property in good repair for the traveling guests and address location specific needs unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Report any taken dates or conflicts to prevent double bookings.

4. Payment and guarantee

We will outperform your previous earnings providing you will have a net zero cost while improving your income and online demand. Payments for booking will be deposited in a timely manner after having been reviewed.

5. Liability

STR Solutions is not liable for acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances affecting property availability. Guest behavior beyond reasonable control despite thorough screening processes. Damage insurance is available at the request of the property owner and via a third party. Onsite maintenance, repair and matters that relate to property maintenance, upkeep or general maintenance are not part of the agreement with regards to our services. The property owner or manager understands that travel accommodation management services in no way relate to the maintenance and management of real estate as described in traditional property management services.
