Can I access the portal from my mobile ?

Yes. Our mobile app (iOS and Android) gives you full portal access from your phone. Check bookings, respond to guests, adjust pricing, and view analytics on the go. The app includes push notifications for new bookings and guest messages, plus biometric login for security.

How do I connect my existing Airbnb and VRBO listing?

During onboarding, you'll provide your platform credentials to our specialist. We handle the technical integration—connecting your listings to our channel manager, syncing calendars, and importing existing bookings. The process takes 15-30 minutes and happens on your onboarding call. You don't need to do anything manually.

What if I forgot my portal login?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset via email. You can also enable biometric login (fingerprint or Face ID) on the mobile app so you never need to remember your password. For security, we require two-factor authentication on all accounts.

Can I give my property access to the portal?

Yes. You can create sub-accounts with customizable permissions. For example, give your cleaner access to the calendar but not financial data, or let your co-owner view analytics but not change pricing. You control who sees what.

How secure is my financial and guest data?
