Here's what we provide: Global Reach: We list and actively manage your property across 50 + leading online travel platforms, plus high-converting internal channels like returning guest promotions, social media campaigns, and strategic email outreach. AI-Powered Revenue Management: Pricing is updated frequently using smart algorithms and trend-based demand forecasting to ensure optimal nightly rates. Seamless Guest Communications: Our platform handles all guest messaging, screening, and booking workflows to save you time and ensure a smooth experience. Guest communications are managed up until the time of arrival providing arrival instructions and payment processing and other pre arrival needs. Review enhancements, listing optimizations and broad distribution are the key attributes to fueling our strategy to earn you more. Performance Insights: You’ll receive monthly reporting through our Owner’s Portal, including booking metrics, revenue performance, and recommendations for growth. STR Solutions is trusted by property owners globally for its proven ability to increase visibility, streamline operations, and outperform legacy marketing platforms.
3. Housekeeping (Optional Upgrade) STR Solutions offers optional housekeeping coordination through our integrated scheduling software. We manage: Turnover planning between guest stays Quality control oversight Real-time issue reporting that could impact guest arrivals or satisfaction This helps prevent avoidable guest complaints and protects your property’s online reputation and future earning potential.
4. Property Owner and Local Manager Responsibilities As a valued partner, you agree to: Provide accurate property details and maintain compliance with local rental laws Keep your property in guest-ready condition, with adequate insurance coverage Use the Owner Dashboard to block off personal-use dates Ensure guest readiness by having professional cleaning completed before guest arrivals. Coordinate (or authorize) repair/maintenance work, ideally between bookings Please ensure a credit card is securely stored on file for incidental costs for assistance with hiring contractors or maintenance.
5.Payment and Performance Guarantee We aim to outperform your previous rental income, delivering a net-zero cost model with higher returns. Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days of guest check-in. Monthly payouts occur within 48 hours of the 1st day of each month. In rare cases where guest issues are unresolved or under review, payouts may be temporarily delayed
6. Limited Liability STR Solutions is not liable for natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control that affect property access or availability. Our role is to enhance your earning potential through: AI-powered listing and pricing optimization Multi-channel exposure across 50+ global platforms Retargeting of past guests and active social media advertising
